Day of Mindfulness (English, online or in-person)

Come and spend one day practicing mindfulness and meditation.

Over the course of the day, we will spend most of the time in silence, and some time sharing our experience. You will be led through various meditations including sitting, walking, and stretching. There will also be some poems to enrich the experience.

The Day of Mindfulness is an opportunity to dive deeper into mindfulness and/or refresh your practice. It’s for people who

  • have already done a MBSR- or MBCT-course

  • or have previous profound experiences with mindfulness and being in silence for some time.

Participating in-person on-site or online (via Zoom) is both possible.

We’ll have a lunch break from around 12:30 to 13:30 which we will spend also as much as possible in silence.
